

Dissertation successfully defended! (June 2016)
Congratulations to SHAARP graduate student Erica Schmidt who successful defended her dissertation titled "An examination of the neuropsychological construct executive function and how it may be impacted by cognitive and exercise interventions". Erica is a Medical/Clinical Psychology student in the Department of Psychology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She will be starting her clinical internship at the Memphis VA this Fall and will continue to work with SHAARP


SHAARP Lab Goes to Sweden (July 2016)
Several members of the SHAARP Lab have just returned from a two-week trip to Sweden. The trip was part of a class (HDFS 597 Aging in a Welfare State) led by Dr. Steve Zarit and Dr. Lesley Ross, as well as Dr. Beth Fauth and Dr. Sydney Schaefer from Utah State University.
