Human Research Technologists
Before coming over to the US, I earned my MA in Psychology from Edinburgh then subsequently worked at the University of London as a research assistant. My research interest lies in the improvement of everyday functioning and the slow down of cognitive decline in healthy aging adults and patients with dementia. I am interested in identifying risks and influencing factors associated with dementia, and potential interventions using technology. Certified as a yoga and aqua fitness instructor, I am also teaching mindfulness meditation, yoga and aqua fitness to older adults and stroke and dementia patients.
